Bayan Basharati

Bayan graduated with her LLB/BA from the University of Canterbury in December 2022.

Bayan joined Tamaki Legal in 2023. Bayan is involved in several Kaupapa Inquiries including Mana Wāhine, the National Fresh Water and Geothermal Resources Inquiry, the Housing Policy and Services Inquiry, the Health Services and Outcomes Kaupapa Inquiry and the Maori Military Veterans Kaupapa Inquiry. Bayan has also recently begun work in criminal defence.
