Representing claimants in historical Waitangi Tribunal inquiries.
It is not too late to apply for a Waitangi Tribunal remedies hearing in these remaining inquiries. Remedies hearings can lead to the return of State assets such as forests, farms, education lands and railway lands to the original, Māori landowners. Legal aid is usually available and you need not have been a claimant. Let us know if you’re interested and we will discuss your remedies hearings prospects with you. Phone 0800 37 10 37.
