Rebecca Wihongi

Ngāpuhi, Ngātiwai

Rebecca graduated with an LLB from Auckland University of Technology and was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor in Auckland.  Rebecca joined Tamaki Legal in 2023.

Prior to joining the legal profession Rebecca had a successful career in Management and Education.

She holds a BA from Waikato University and an MA from Auckland University.

Rebecca has prior experience in the Waitangi Tribunal and Māori Land Court jurisdictions. She is currently involved in the Justice Inquiry, the Housing Policy and Services inquiry and Constitutional Kaupapa inquiry.

Rebecca is passionate about working with people using her skills to achieve positive outcomes for whānau, hapū and iwi.
