Zara grew up in South Auckland and prior to joining Tamaki Legal in 2024 worked at other South Auckland law firms.
Zara is passionate about litigation work and practices in the areas of Family Violence, Parenting, Guardianship, Oranga Tamariki, Relationship Property and Protection of Personal and Property Rights matters. Zara has a practical approach to family law. Zara is an adaptable lawyer who will try to find pragmatic solutions to achieve her clients’ goals and guide them through the process. She seeks child-focused solutions, tailored to suit the lives of her clients.
Zara joined Tamaki Legal in 2024. Zara is involved in representing clients in the Family Court but strives to resolve disputes out of Court where possible and is a Legal Aid lead provider and Family Legal Advice Service provider.
